Most programs take anyone who shows up. This one starts with an application. 12 athletes per session. Not for exclusivity. For real coaching.
Most basketball programs are built around volume. More athletes, more sessions, more revenue. The problem is that volume and standard pull in opposite directions. You can't catch every bad habit in a group of 25 before it gets trained in. This program was built around the opposite logic.
Jono Hansford has developed over 1000 athletes. From junior rep level through to the NBL, WNBL, WNBA and beyond. The work is built on mechanical precision and an obsessive attention to the small details that separate good players from great ones. Most of those details are invisible until someone who knows what to look for points them out.
"Every rep has a reason. Every correction has a purpose. There are no passengers in this program."
The testimonials below tell you the level Jono works at. These are the two things they can't tell you.
"The facility exists so the work can happen without compromise. That's the whole point."

No wasted reps. Every session is built around a specific outcome, not a generic drill list. Athletes are coached, corrected and pushed in real time. 12 per session isn't a selling point, it's what makes the standard possible. Here's exactly what that looks like.
High-rep handle work at game speed. But the emphasis is always on the read, not the move. What you do with the ball has to connect to what the defence is giving you. That's what we're training.
Anyone can finish uncontested. We train finishing the way it actually happens. Through bodies, off balance, under fatigue. The layup you practice alone is not the layup you need in a game. We train the one you need.
Mechanical analysis before a single rep is taken. Small adjustments compound. Most players don't need a new shot. They need the right correction applied consistently until it sticks.
Drills are a tool, not the destination. Every session ends with live play at full speed. The skills trained in isolation get tested against real decisions, real pressure, with coaching feedback in the moment.

Not endorsements. Not pulled quotes. Unsolicited feedback from professional athletes in the NBL, WNBL, WNBA, Boomers, Opals and NZ Tall Blacks on what the work actually did for their game.
